2. Services Provided EVERBLOOM offers Person-Centered Thinking (PCT) training, Self-Determination Program (SDP) facilitation, and other related consulting services. The details of these services are outlined on our website and may be subject to updates.
3. Eligibility Our services are available to individuals and organizations seeking training, facilitation, and consulting support. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
4. Payment and Fees All payments for services must be completed before service commencement unless otherwise agreed upon. Fees are non-refundable unless specified in a separate agreement or due to extenuating circumstances.
5. Scheduling and Cancellations For training and consultation sessions, we require advance scheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
6. Intellectual Property All materials, training content, and resources provided by EVERBLOOM are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without express permission from EVERBLOOM.
7. Limitation of Liability EVERBLOOM is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services. We provide educational and consultative guidance, but ultimate decision-making rests with the client.
