Together, we will develop a customized Person-Centered Plan that outlines your goals and vision for the next 12 months, creating a clear roadmap for your future. We’ll review your regional center budget allocation, ensuring it aligns with your needs and aspirations. A spending plan will be designed to help you maximize your resources and access the best possible support. Finally, we’ll assist with the onboarding process, including enrolling with a Financial Management Service and selecting the right service providers to bring your plan to life.

For clients already enrolled in the Self-Determination who want continuous support.

We provide guidance, tailored support, and strategic planning to help you maximize your independence and achieve your goals.
We work with you to refine and update your spending plan as your needs evolve, ensuring that your budget aligns with your goals. Finding the right services and staff can be challenging, but we’re here to connect you with the best providers for your unique needs. We also coordinate with key partners, including your regional center and Financial Management Service, to make sure everything runs smoothly.
